Since i have updated my Note 9 to Android Pie i am facing 2 issues
1. The ringtone volume automatically reduces to least . Even after increasing the volume again the same happens.
2. Whenever a call comes then instead of showing the caller name a blank screen shows. I have to press a 'return to call' button on screen then the caller name shows.
Any suggestions what can i do apart from getting the phone formatted.
