Is there any Option to change the Colours of App Collection tiles

Is there any option to change the Colours of Sub Menu of these Apps Collection Tile ?? I am not getting, if anybody knows kindly let me know....

click here👉..but if you open the folder then no colour noticeable...after doing this ,only you able to see colour change of single folder without clicking it

Neither App Colour nor Font icon, I want to change the Colour of whole Grey Colour Rectangular Shed available with this tile.. Screenshot attached below..

no man, you can just change the color and transparency of icon appearance of collection but not the whole tile color or transparency.
