Incoming callers can't hear me, I have to call them back then they can hear me.

From couple of weeks incoming callers can't hear me, I have to call them back then they can hear me properly on my Note 9. Its not for all incoming calls. When I turn my speaker on, then they can hear me and i can switchoff the speaker so they continue to hear me. Mostly those numbers that are there in my contact list. Also in between a call if I get another call the existing caller can't hear me even if I disconnect the incoming new call. I have to call back.

This is because in your area, Carrier is not offering VoLTE....wherever VoLTE is provided, you can able to call with data usage at same time....

if you enable Bixby voice wakeup then once disable and observe
and at the same time Perform Interactive checks through Samsung Members app (Samsung Member> Get Help> Interactive checks>....
