I'm unable to buy Samsung Care Plus for Note 10, help please.

Hi All, 

I'm trying to purchase Samsung Care Plus through My Galaxy App but whenever I enter IMEI on My Galaxy, it says that your IMEI is not eligible, 3ven though my phone is under warranty and I had purchased on 26th December 2020. 

Please advise.

yes your note 10 device is not eligible for Samsung care plus.
Plan Eligibility: This Plan is available only for devices within 30 days of the original device purchase .

okay. but terms says you can buy anytime within warranty period.
