I am not able to connect my ps4 controller with my note 20 ultra

Dear All

Need your help. Is anyone facing the same issue with Bluetooth connectivity with ps4 controller 

I am not able to connect my ps4 controller with my note 20 ultra

Last year I bought tab so and the controller perfectly connects with it and any other devices but am only facing issues with note 20 ultra. 

Please advise for any help that I could use.

- Check Reset app preferences:- Settings > Apps > More option or Tap three dots > Reset App Preferences.

I have same issue the controller pairs and works on the phone, but when I start any game it wont work at all.

I have the same issue as well. I was playing KOTOR and PS Remote Play with a Dualshock 4 just fine until recently. At one point resetting app preferences worked for a brief moment, but then after disconnecting/reconnecting the controller via Bluetooth it stopped working again.. and now all of my app preferences have been reset which is a pain of a solution. 

The strange part is that the touchpad still works as a mouse in the game.. so I could technically play KOTOR using touch controls on the Dualshock 4 but that defeats the purpose of using it in the first place. 

Please help!!
