Suddenly my phone (Samsung Note 9 Dec 2018 model with latest updates, ie., Android 10, UI 2.1 version) got into discoloration (green screen) issue. There is no physical damage. So I did factory reset, of course issue didn't got fixed. But when I try to restore using data/apps using Smart Switch, didn't got few of the apps or tools like Samsung Keyboard Neural Beta and Reminder applications. They are neither available in Google Store nor in Samsung Galaxy store.

Does anybody know how to How to get them back after factory reset.

Language that I selected is English US. Region is India.

Samsung Keyboard Neural Beta has lost support in One UI 2.1 as per the Galaxy Store. (Not sure about this)
You can try 3rd party apks but I'm not sure it'll work.

For reminder try these tips that I use personally too.

• The app is there but you think to "need" to use it first. i.e. reject a call with a text etc and that will prompt the phone to launch the app for the first time. After that it will ask you if you wish to create a shortcut.

• Just ask Bixby to set a Reminder for you, that's what I did and then I had the icon.

• In settings, under apps, go into the reminder app and in the top right corner you will see the settings icon.
Toggle on the show in app drawer option. After you do this you will see the app icon in your app drawer.

I hope it solves your problem and if it does then don't forget to accept solution so as to help others too.

Thank you.

I also don't have much information but whenever an app loses its support from Store, it keeps on working until you uninstall them manually.
So when you reset your device, it got uninstalled, now since your device doesn't support it now, so you cannot find it on Store anymore.

I hope this is the only answer suitable.

You need to locate the missing app apks and install directly by using Google search. Good luck
