How to exchange note9 with note10

I have been using galaxy note9 since 6 months and now I want to exchange it with note10 which is newly released, how can o exchange and where can I exchange

dont sale in samsung retail, better sale in online because rate will come good. i am always doing like this.

there are official samsung trade-ins online, and you should check if your local retailers offer the trade-in purchase option. if none of the two are avaliable to you, you can always sell your device online independantly and use the money to cover up some of the cost of the note 10, best of luck
