How to clean Ram usage

I am using note 9 6gb 64gb.. i have just filled my internal storage 25gb but my phone ram takes 4 gb of ram remaing 2gb is free for device is there any way to sort it out pls hlp me my phone is lagging too much very irritated to use

open device care app from settings and click on memory listed and free up ram once every 2-3 days
