How To Get Rid Of Infected System App

Guys !! Lets Say The Previous Owner of My Device Got The Firmware Form Sammobile or other websites & Unpacked The Firmware , Infected An App In The Firmware ( Which Is Very Easy) or Injected a Malicious App in The Firmware, & Flashed It On The Device Using Odin  !!!!

Because The Malicious App Already Becomes System App -- You Just Can't Get Rid Of It 

So My Question Is Flashing The Firmware Over Existing Stock Firmware Via Odin Should Remove This Infected System App Or Not 🚫

My Question Is Flashing Via Odin Just Skips Over The Extra System Apps & Already Existing Apps 

Or Odin Removes & Replace Every Single System App & Remove All Extra Infected Stuff As Well !!???
