Galaxy Note
I have Note 10. Had issue with low temperature battery charging. I enquired and approached for every support from Samsung services but didn't resolve the issue. In my perception may be because of last Software update. It was highly troublesome to handle phone in last two months. However after recent Android 11 UI3 software update suddenly issues pertaining to battery got resolved. Performance of phone enhanced tremendously. I could see great Samsung experience. Thanks Samsung for bringing this Software update. Regards
