Hearing sound quality of Note 20 Ultra

Hi , I bought a Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G(512GB) on 2th Nov and I find when I speak with others by WhatsApp , other side cant clear my voice because of very bad noisy and very bad hearing sound quality and I think this is very bad for the best flag Samsung mobile and also expensive. I am samsung loyalty and I use just this brand more than 15 years but now I am disappointed. Anyway I record a short film from bad voice and bad quality when i call to my husband by WhatsApp and attached for Samsung that maybe they find issue ...

Hi , I think you cant undrestand . I call by my new phone Note20 ultra 5G to my husband phone

(samsung S8) and my husband record film from my voice (Note20 Ultra 5G) and you see whats happenings ...  I went to samsung and they accept this is faulty but they offer me just repair not exchange with new phone and I am not happy because I bought new expensive phone !!!!!!!!

Samsung gave me the exact same Answer and I have always used Samsung and purchased Samsung for my entire family.

Unacceptable that I paid so much and the issue can not be resolved

Exact same issue with me. Just that it sounds way worse and on my side I hear the crackling noise and feedback. Horrible!!
