Galaxy NoteYour best bet is the Samsung store where you may get around 25k or sell on olx or directly to anyone. But even in the latter case, most people will not give you more than 30k. You will be lucky if you can find some naive person who is willing to pay you more than that for a Samsung phone, especially the S20/Note 20 series with manufacturing issues.
So, my suggestion will be to use it as long as you can. A flagship phone is meant to be used at least for 3 years. The improvements you are getting each year are only marginal. Sell it only if you are getting a good deal.
However, I must say that since you are using the Note 20 ultra, there is a big chance of getting a display line issue with any of the upcoming updates.

Galaxy NoteSo, I won't suggest selling it to an unassuming individual because here the seller knows that there will be an issue sooner or later. It's not morally right to do that IMO. Exchanging the device to Samsung itself is the best thing to do IMO. I mean imagine someone spending his hard-earned money and having to replace the display by spending 25k again. One might say that the onus is on the customer to inquire about the device and all. But as I said, those who know the issue won't buy the device. Non-tech-savvy people will end up as losers. Also, if you are not on a platform like this, it's difficult to know about this issue.
I for one won't sell a defective product or a product that I know has a very high chance of having a serious defect in the near future to anyone without giving a heads-up.

Galaxy NoteBetter to sell it now while still functional because like Kunal2 said, the S20 are known to have the display line issue and also more time will pass less the value of it will be.
But I advise you to sell it not to use it for exchange because they value it for very little money.
