press home button for a while

google assistant will pop out

just change the system language to english us and stay on the stable versions (not the beta ones) and assistant will automatically come on your device.

press home button for long (4-5 seconds) then goigle assistant will pop out instead of google now...if doesn't then let me know

go to application-google play services-then disable google services and renable it
..then install the apk. i hope it would work...
