Today my phone screen started to show green tint after a software update. Kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible

Mine is 21 with same issue. Visited Customer service centre. They said S21 is not covered in the scheme for free replacement of Display. Called customer helpline. The helpline guy put me on hold for 30 minutes and then blamed me for this issue. They refused to acknowledge this issue. stating that this issue is in S20 only not in s21. Disappointed. Customer is paying the price for no fault.

What to do? We trusted this brand so much and this is what they give us back. This is my father's phone he is blaming me because I told him to buy this, he was a ios user and I made him use note 20 ultra really feeling sad that he trusted me and bought it he was actually planning to buy an iPhone. Deeply regretting the decision. I am going to change to ios as soon as possible if they don't give free replacement on screen

Visit service centre. They are replacing S20 series and Note 20 series displays free of cost till 31St may. It was acknowledged by Samsung after almost a year long campaign by users. No relief yet for other models like S21 though. Best of luck.
