All of the sudden green line came up on using the device, what to do???

Yes, it came up all off the sudden while using the phone

This has nothing to do with Software update. This is a hardware issue and can only be fixed/repaired by a technician.

I don't know that ur aware or not, but this is a issue which is being caused due to software update in Note20 and S20 series of device from a very long time.

Samsung has also provided FOC for display in S20 but not for Note20(mostly because its discontinued and merged with S as Ultra).

Also this issue is accepted by the service center but they can't do anything for Note rather than charging 23000rs to change display because the Foc is not yet granted for Note.

Dial *#0*# on your phone dialer. Then do all the tests.

Everything works, even did factory reset. Also there is no physical damage to the phone and device is almost 2y old

Maybe go to service center then. It seems hardware problem or I don't know.

I would suggest you to visit service center asap.
