My samsung galaxy note 20 ultra facing greenline issue after the new software update.When visited to service centre they told to pay for the display that caused by the software is this way to deal with the problem caused by the software? Why should i pay for that its about 23000.Samsung please answer this.

Try dropping an email to servicehead.in@samsung.com or use the option "Email to CEO" on the Samsung India website.
I hope they will help u better in this case.

Yes done and they told they need to check the phone condition cause its out of warranty.

Yup broo need to check what they will tell after checking the outer condition of my phone.its good so till now need to know what will they say.
