Get messages app of s9 for note8/s8/s7

I highly wonder why are there two versions of the same app- on two different models- running the same Samung Expereince UI 9.0 as well as OS8.0!!!

experience 9.0 is for Orio and experience 8.0 has nougat

I know the experience UI for Nougat and Oreo. The UI 9 on Note 8 and S9 has different messaging app versions. Why is it so?

Cause its Samsung , new improved apps are only for newer devices no matter if you have paid much more for those devices than the newer ones
