It has been 10 days since I started using the Note 9 and still could not see the banner on My Galaxy app as mentioned in the offer for Gear Sport at discounted price.
All the requirements are matching in my case, same number, same email and same samsung account, still couldn't see the offer.
Tried reaching to mg.redeem@samsung.com, their support number for the same which keeps on saying that 'better write to us'. Called up support, they are also pointing to the same email from which no response is coming.
Any idea how and where to approach Samsung, so that I get an acknowledgement at the least that they are aware of the issue I am facing?
