Gallery not opening

Samsung note 10 Plus best phone ever but the software is very bad.

Too much lags. Now new problem gallery not opening.

IF HAVE LOTS OF PROBLEMS THEN BETTER TO VISIT SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER AND REINSTALL FIRMWARE [ OS SOFTWARE]
IF POSSIBLE!
