Galaxy note 10 lite problem

I m facing below problem in my note 10 lite phone

1. Slow fingerprint sensor 

2. Slow face unlock

 3. Slight heating issue 

4. Poor low light camera

 5. Reddish tint in low light in wide angle camera

 6. Blurry selfies in insta and Snapchat and too much whitish front camera

 7. Poor front low light camera 

8. Optimisation of battery 

9. Disconnection of mobila data though it is on while using dual sim

Hope samsung will address this issue and resolve this on upcoming updates

The fingerprints can not be recognized by your device because of the following reasons:-

1 The device may not recognize fingerprints that are affected by wrinkles,
2 The device may not recognize fingerprints from small or thin fingers.,
3 To improve recognition performance, register fingerprints of the hand used most often to perform tasks on the device.
4 Ensure that the screen protector or the touchscreen on the fingerprint recognition sensor area is not scratched or damaged by objects, such as coins, keys, pens,and necklaces.

For heating issue follow the below steps :-
1) Turn off WI-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth etc :-swipe down the notification panel > Turn off WI-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth and other connectivity features,
2) Decrease the screen brightness:- Decrease it from notification panel.
3) Close background running apps,

After following the above steps if issue still persists, register your concern in Samsung members app Samsung member> get help> Error reports> Select Symptom category > describe problem in detail and Send.

the above your suggestion doesn't helpful for me because already I done above all process. I m using premium Samsung smartphone with lot of issue. already I raised to many complaints about this issue.

other brand 10k mobile are far far better than samsung flagship mobiles

u will need to short this issue through future updates

We are using a 40k smartphone. You think we bought it to Compromise all those Features. It is your issue to fix these. And For you to feel good I did all the Above things and it doesn't work and the Low Light Performance of the Front Camera is Pathetic than my previous Mi Phone which is 10k. So Respectfully Fix these in the Upcoming Updates.

Me too.. facing the same problem..  Waste of 40,000 and there is no proper response from Samsung too...

your suggestions doesn't help. please take look into this and resolve this with update. fingerprint, face unlock, front camera are useless
