s series include sleek and thin design and is more kind of fashion and trendy stuff. while note has pen and is kind of professional phone and a more rigid design. 😊
s series are designed by keeping trends and fashion in mind note series for business man and professionals s series lately has 2 varients with low and high RAM, Note releases with high RAM because it uses many s pen and other apps in the background s series has software to do the stuff which are done buy software+spen in note(easier to do compare to s series) since note series launches in the later part of the year and almost 6 months gap, it has better camera and improved UI (sometimes improved hw also) over s series. also that time gap gives Samsung a chance to remove all the bugs if present in s series so basically note is little more advance(hw-sw both), big and refined version of s series
