After this new update my note 9 temperature is becoming to hot while playing games or watching youtube and when the device is hot than internet speed become slow the game ping is reduced lagging alot any help.

my suggestion is do a cache clean from recovery. These are the steps .
shutdown your phone .
press vol up, bixby button and power on button at the same time till you see Samsung boot on your screen.
then use volume down button to select boot cache partition
to confirm press power button.
confirm yes with power button.
let the phone start and check the performance., and heat issues.👍

there are network issues with 2.4gh band with lower bandwidth
wich results to worse ping in the online game we play
