Phone display or swipe or cancellation on home screen gets stuck and nothing is happening.have to restart the phone alltime.have uninstalled 3rd party apps.factory reset and setup as new phone etc.nogo.still the same.am using single Jio sim and tried without memory card nogo.any info or suggestion.

If it is after update wait a little otherwise go to service centre

yes.the latest update i have is Nov 18.
