Galaxy Note 9

I have SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 9. Capacity 128 Gb. Internal storage 91.95 Gb full. Free approximate 36 Gb. Exported - copied - to the computer on 26.12.23, 14,812 images and videos. Visible in Gallery and and My Files - Internal storage - a few images and videos - maybe 100. No images or videos visible anywhere. Took mobile to SAMSUNG Service Centre. Lady was not able to find out where the images and videos are stored. I want to DELETE some images and videos, to reduce internal storage and increase free space. Can someone suggest how to open up the HIDDEN images and videos.

Go to my files then click on analyse storage then you will get the option to view each and every file visible on your phone. delete those you dont need!
