Galaxy Note 9 not updating

My note 9 has stucked in july 19 security update, it says there is no update available for now. Is my phone have problem or the update isn't available? I have seen many post where people receiving update. Need help....

yes root update not work go service center.... 1st October update already available in note 9... And November update already rolling out
