HI . I USE THE GALAXY S4 DEVICE, BUT MY DEVICE GAVE THIS ERROR TODAY. DOES NOT RESPOND WHEN I CLICK on the reset device. I couldn't do it in any way.

please to resart your device through pressing volume down key and power button simultaneously

I have not tried it, it is not reset with odin mode.
