Why is Samsung reluctant to give a good full screen Caller ID for callers. Would love to use good pictures.

Don't know why it's Hard. I really envy iPhone users with good caller IDs with full screen pictures

Dear friend, I've raised this issue many times along with posts here on this forum.
Samsung is known to remove good and useful features with every major upgrade and add new useless features.
Examples are Fullscreen caller ID, Media server creation for content streaming on smart TV, SMS blocking by phrase "phrase blocking", extra volume during call(beyond max level), download camera modes, etc. etc..
