Fingerprint not working note 20 ultra

I have an issue fingerprint was working properly and now it isn't, I removed the screen protector and the screen very clean and still facing the same
It seems that after last update of biometric security 

I removed all registered fingerprints and was not able to register a new one.

Hi, Unfortunately not solved, I have to remove all data and handover the phone to Samsung service center to diagnosis the phone. Unfortunately I didn't and the warranty expired.

So I guess I will be stuck the same way. I should have given my phone soon after the issue started. I thought its of the screen guard and neglected :(
