Fast wireless charge option is not getting enabled on n.y Samsung galaxy note 9

Fast wireless charge option is not getting enabled , am using qi 10 watt fast wireless charger Qualcomm certified.. gone through blogs but no help.  Any help here?

First remove from wireless charging then enable fast wireless charge.

according my knowledge note 9 does support the 15w wireless charging charging speed

I guess note 9 maxes out at 9watts that is Fast Wireless Charge1.0

nope bro it has both qc 2.0 on both wireless and wired as well

it has 15 watt support for wireless charging even my s9 support 15w wireless charging system unlike s8 that only maxed out for 7.5 w wireless charging
samsing in 2018 announced s9 and note 9 with 15 w watts wired and wireless charging
