It is in beta mode now and, the high and epic settings are temporarily disabled. It looks like the screenshot above.

If you own one of the latest Samsung flagships, simply open Galaxy App store and it is the first banner. After clicking install, a dedicated fortnite launcher is installed, from where rest of the game data (~1.9GB) is downloaded.

Lags a lot on my S8+ exynos. Is the gameplay smooth in your device?

Yes, it is very smooth but not as smooth as 60Hz because currently there is a temporary limit within the game, of only upto 30Hz. Make sure you have a proper internet connection with above average speeds.
