Hi,

As many of us Note 10/10+ users were facing S pen getting disconnected and air actions not working issue after April security patch update, I was trying few things and it eventually has started working again for me.

First, I reset the Spen using Settings -> Advanced features -> Spen menu options and I was still getting issues. So I rebooted my phone into recovery mode and did a cache partition wipe.

Then, on restarting the phone, on taking out the Spen, it showed me that spen is having 10% battery but air actions were working now.
Then I reinserted the spen into the phone and it got charged to 70% in 3-4 mins.

You guys can also try and see if it works for you.

How to reboot in recovery mode?
Where is cache partition wipe?
What all does a cache partition wipe?
Do we lose our data like phone records, sms, apps ,app cache, photos?

1. Press and hold power and volume up key till Samsung logo is displayed. Then release. Walah, you just entered recovery mode.
2. See an option named wipe cache. Use your volume buttons to scroll down and power key to select.
3. It deletes all cache files associated with app.
4. No, your phone records, sms etc. Will be safe.
