Expected date of software up gradation in Erstwhile flagship phones

When we can expect android 10.0 and UI 2.0 in our Erstwhile flagship phones like s9 plus note 9 and other s or note series. 

It is so unfortunate that a brand like Samsung delays software updates to its flagship owners.
