No, there is no chance to use 2 sims in single sim variant device.

In single sim variant device's you can use physical sim or e-sim only as per my knowledge.. if your device's sim slot having 2 slots for sims you can use 2 sims.

You can use eSIM and one physical SIM at the same time, you can get it with ur nearest service provider centre. currently in India jio, airtel & vodafone provides eSIM facility.
