EXCHANGE OFFER DENIED!

Hello,

 
 
I'm writing this mail with grave disappointment from your company. I'd ordered Galaxy Note 20 Ultra on 13th Aug. I received it on 25th Aug. I'd opted for an exchange offer for my existing Oneplus 6T mobile. But, even after couple of days I didnt get any response. I sent an email  to samsung and I was told that I was not entitled or opted for the exchange. You may check this mail train. My ticket No is-#1701542. Now, please go through my points as following-
 
1. On your website, once I choose the exchange offer tab, YOU INEVITABLY FOLLOW THE SUBSEQUENT WINDOWS and end up checking out with payment. So, there is no point me making a mistake.
 
2. Even if you want to deny this, then you may check the trail of my data entry of that particular order. Because the sequence is simple- 1. CHOOSE EXCHAGE OFFER 2. WINDOW FOR EXISTING MOBILE DETAILS APPEARS 3. NEXT WINDOW FOR IMEI NO COMES 4. WINDOW FOR PERSONAL DETAILS COME 5. LAST WINDOW FOR PAYMENT. So, if I'd not opted for exchange how come samsung got my email to send the receipt????
 
3. Above all, no body from your customer support was serious enough to call back/ send a explanation mail to me. If you check this trail you will find reply like "Your ticket is updated"???/ what should I learn from this????
 
4. Is Samsung such a company who doesn't care for the customer who has paid 1 Lakh Rs. for your product????
 
I'm feeling tricked and cheated.
 
I even don't know whether this mail will be personally addressed.

Samsung employees actually not professional. And they don't care about anything whether you bought for 10K or 1 lakh you will be treated as same. Not only for mobile even for other samsung products. I can challenge that I know about all the products than the employees who trained for paid for.

Bro, you are related to news media industry and also have proof of cheating so show this on your consumer forum....They will definitely reply back...till then enjoy the handset ( i.e I know this thing will be rolling around your mind but why to loose ur interest in the device)....I have even raised my small issue of No Clear cover in the box...So raise it and enjoy the products...

Hi Prasanna,
it is sad to hear this. Well i have heard about you and you are a powerful man so you can drag them legally because if they can thug you then what about common man. I tried to place an order for Note 20 Ultra, currently i have Note 10 and looking at their current exchange process it is highly possible that website might have some issue leads to it failed to process exchange information because of "Deferred Exchange" policy.

@PrasannaJoshi Sir, i request you to support us, the thing is that Samsung India has increased so much discrimination with M and F series, even supported features are not given. Eg- Processor of M51 clearly supports carrier aggregation (as per official website) and m51 also supports NFC then also samsung pay mini was given instead of full samsung pay. We just want you to take up this case and just post a news article online. You can search, full samsung members and twitter, is full of users asking carrier aggregation from samsung. If it would be in news, then definately samsung has to do something.
