Galaxy Noteit is sad to hear this. Well i have heard about you and you are a powerful man so you can drag them legally because if they can thug you then what about common man. I tried to place an order for Note 20 Ultra, currently i have Note 10 and looking at their current exchange process it is highly possible that website might have some issue leads to it failed to process exchange information because of "Deferred Exchange" policy.
