E sim imei available but not supported

Hi everyone

I bought old phone , galaxy note 20 ultra 5g, i checked two imei available, but after that when i want to use esim , there's message in the app that your device not supported esim. 

Also in the settings there's not any sim manager, 

Second imei also light in color. Shown as deactivated.

Android version 12

There's not any update after oct 2022

Model number: SM-986U

Can any one explain what is the actual issue.

You have usa model N20 ultra to enable esim just Download samfw tool for pc and You have to change csc to TMB tmobile then restart phone the esim will work fine

But now there's extra logo (T-Mobile) added on startup

That's ok if tmobile logo shows because now your phone has restored to its original software csc which came from usa and also you will be able to get ota updates now you can go and check under software update section

If you want to completely remove tmobile logo and esim working then you have to manually flash N986U1 firmware via patched odin and by doing this your phone will be fully unlocked model same as international model no logos no tmobile apps and also you will.get ota updates automatically
