Dual whatsapp not downloading, folder not seen in gallery

dual whatsapp chat working, but the photos and videos folder is not seen in the gallery for the dual whatsapp and i cannot see any new photo or video in the chat

However, the original whatsapp is working and its downloading video, photo and documents....it's working properly 

But dual whatsapp not downloading/uploading any media/documents....but I m able to chat

Previously dual whatsapp folder was there in gallery, but all of sudden it dissapeared.....how to rectify it?

Same situation as Sinha 333 described
