Driving mode in note 20 ultra

My note 20 ultra automatically goes into "do not disturb" mode as soon as it is connected to car Bluetooth.  I do not want it to happen.  Please guide how to switch it off?

Check dnd app permissions

Settings>apps>click 3 dots>special access>dnd>check all permissions granted to different apps

Apps->
Special access->
Do not disturb permission->
Turn off Do not disturb permission for Google play services
