A strange issue on my Galaxy note 10 plus exynos variant where certain media files of m4a format can not be heard properly through type c earphones. They are being played but the sound is very muffled and distorted. This can be corrected if I disconnect the earphones, play the file through speakers and then reconnect the earphones. But this workaround is only for time being; as the issue crops up again. Please note that this was not the issue on my Galaxy note 9 with the exact same media files. Please help. Thank you.
@vrayzr I am able to play all kind of files. I haven't used my type c earphones since October. To try this, I plugged them once again and I got another firmware update. But I am able to play all kind of files.
