Samsung DeX is not hardware. It's a software platform that extends your smartphone or tablet into a desktop computing experience. Therefore, it's possible to add Dex support to the corresponding device. Please write to the developer directly via Samsung Members feedback section.

S10 Lite doesn't have Dex built in from day one. I doubt that.
