Galaxy Note
I have purchased Note 20 Ultra on Nov 2nd 2020 by doing deferred exchange of my old S9+. So far none of the cashify team members has come and taken my old mobile yet. I called customer care thrice in a gap of 15 days and they are trying to escalate it but no response yet. I kept my phone under EMI and payment date is coming soon. Is there any way I could return this new mobile.
