Color Pallete never works!!

Is it only me or anybody else feels this way? The Samsung color pallette never matches the wallpaper. It's almost like everytime it only finds purple color **bleep** in the wallpaper. Even my wallpaper is blue or red, those colors never ahow up

For me it's only blue and purple mostly. Idk where it's picking those colors from even
