I bought a Note 20 a week back. I have 2 immediate problems. 1. Clock Style option in Settings-LockScreen-AlwaysOnDisplay-ClockStyle menu option is disabled. Hence I am unable to change the Clock style in Lock screen. 2. Whatsapp Notifications are not working in my Note20. I have tried all options/resets/restarts, but notifications neither appear on notification screen, nor on app icon, nor as bubble/float.. Please help.
Thank you for your suggestion. I made sure of the above notification settings, and they were correct.. on some trial and error, I finally resolved this by RESET NOTIFCATION within Whatsapp. Changing the settings manually was not making any different, but a RESET within app seem to have fixed it. Thanks for your pointers.
I was now able to solve both my issues. Summarizing for everyone's benefit.
1. Turning off Roaming Clock brought in a new CLOCK STYLE menu option in the LOCKSCREEN main menu as well, and the CLOCK STLYLE within AOD also got enabled..
2. a RESET NOTIFICATION SETTINGS from within Whatsapp does the trick and makes the notifications work on the phone.
Hi m using Samsung galaxy flip 4 and my clock style is not working 😕 I have tried turning off data roaming and all the above suggestions still not working only when I m keeping it on airplane mode I m able to change it ...not properly but.. HELP please 🙏😢
