Charging issue in note8

I am facing  fast charging issue from one month .Earlier it charges 0to 100% in 1 :20 min but now it shows fast charging but take take 3:45 to fully charge .I have check fast charging option in setting it is on I do on and off and again on fast charging option. I also restart the phone but same problem it shows 1:40 min to fully charge but take 3:45 min to fully charge Please help give any solution

In this summer season all are facing these issues. Have you checked whether it stops charging when phone gets overheated?!!!

I understand your point but in April it works fine and fastly charge the note8 then there is also summer season

Uh, so sad. Then we have to ask for fix update from Samsung with #support for Note 8

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

1. Check your charging cable (USB cable) for physical damage such as wear and tear, bent prongs etc. If it is damaged then kindly visit your nearest service center to get it replaced.

2. Check charging, if rating is 15W or above. Kindly try to charge the device in a non-inverter socket.

Note: Kindly open Device care from Settings > Battery > Please tap on 3 dots(more option) at the top right hand side > please select settings > enable fast cable charging.

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).
