Hi I have samsung galaxy note 10 lite. My phone suddenly stopped charging. So i thought there must be some problem in my charing adaptor or cable. But from same charger i am able to charge other phones. So there is no issue with the charger. From different charger my phone does charge but it supports only cable charging. It does not supports fast charging. I tried safe mode but still no luck. Can you help me with this ? Thank you
Yes i did. Same solution go to the customer care. I want to know is this due to software upgrade ? Because problem started only after few days of software upgrade
