I appreciate the existing security measures to disallow changing connectivity options from lock screen. This protects the phone and helps in tracking the same when it's lost or stolen.
However, switching the phone off is allowed from the lock screen. Similar security measures which disallow changing connectivity options should be implemented for switch-off / restart.
