My camera is showing Failed after the update on my galaxy note 9,Is there a problem with the update or my camera??

Already done and nlw i can't even take live focus al tge image get blur even the focusing point.and my camera make sound while switching to the zoom lens and all the images get blur.

If you are talking about night mode camera failed issue, then that's a software glitch, don't worry and wait for stable update.

Worried about my zoom lens it make a wired sound while swiching to the zoom lens

Visit service center as most of the note users are complaining about the same issue or you may wait till next updates..
