I recently had my phone serviced at a "Samsung authorized service center"
Some key observations noted here. 
1. The service guys touched my camera Lens(inside) and now I get lens flares all over my pictures. Quiet noticeable at night. Multiple times have I told them to clean the lens properly but no use. 
2. Ideally, camera cleaning processes should have a dust free environment but here I noticed some debris in my phone compartment. 

I should have never repaired my phone at the service center ( the service messed up my water resistance) 
I'm having second thoughts about trusting these service centers now 😂. Think Samsung needs to train them more. The very fact that these guys messed up my high end phone is a cause of serious concern. 

I wasn't even provided with a spare phone during this service ordeal and my life was disrupted pretty bad. 

I'm sure gonna have a Samsung rep comment on this post, asking me to visit a service center. I don't think I can trust you'll to fix my camera lens now. Let alone, maintain the water resistance of my Galaxy Note 20!!!

Yes sure. Let me get back to you. The images appear over exposed during the day and the lens flares bug my image at night.

Generally the service centre will have a device that can add back the water resistance sealant on to the phones after repairing

which area is the service centre located in?

They fixed the water resistance. Only after my motherboard was gone. Lost all my data. Good that they did covered the repair. Otherwise I'd have to shell out a lotta money
