Please try the following resets on the device:
1. Open Camera>> Settings>> Reset settings.
2. Please go to Settings>>Apps>> Tap on the 3 dots on the top right corner>>Show System Apps>> Software Update and Camera>> Storage>> Clear Cache.
3. Then please perform a soft reset of your device.
Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds.
*The device may take a screenshot, however keep holding the buttons for a few more seconds.

open your camera App, select the gear icon to navigate to settings.
adjust your settings as follows
1. check your scene optimizer, allow it to use bixby as this will improve your rich tone set on scenes
2. choose HDR (Rich Tone) to always
3. Check auto focus tracking
4. go to settings to keep, Camera mode on last mode, keep the filters you applied in the last mode
