Camera photo not showing in WhatsApp

After i update my note 20 ultra to one ui 5. I can't share my camera photo directly by whatsapp application. I have to go to the gallery and then click on the share button to share photos.

Did you find a way to fix this,  same has happened to me using flip3. I am so surprised nobody responded to your original post.

Only option is to share the photos from gallery to WhatsApp chat.

I have the same issue on my Samsung S22 Ultra and it's horrible, I was super used to practically have all my pictures as soon as I clicked on the camera icon directly in the chat.

i also faced the same issue after  the update in my A52S. I was able to resolve the issue by  allowing the permission for Photo and Video for Whatsapp.

Settings - Apps - Whatsapp - Permissions . Changed Photos and Videos from Not Allowed to Allowed.
