Galaxy NoteWhenever i take photos and videos from Rear camera with Flash On during low light or average Low Light conditions, the images it takes is totally frustrating and regretting.u can see the 2nd images full of Green shadows n flicker which is captured With Flash On mode and 1st one is with Flash Off
How to solve this problem
Note: I visited Samsung Service Center n they have zero clue n idea why this is happening n how to repair It

Is the flash or a part of it is getting covered buy anything? please check that.
Also one more suggestion, Always hard reset your phone after every major update. It'll improve the overall performance and remove all the bugs due to conflict with the old files of old OS.

1) Navigate to Settings >> Apps >> Tap on three dots >> Reset App Preference.
2) Reset the device settings by navigating to Settings >> General Management >> Reset >> Reset Settings.
3) Navigate to Settings >> Apps >> Select the camera app >> Clear Cache.
4)Run the device in the safe mode.
If issue still persists, KIndly provide logs/video within 15 minutes of issue occurrence by registering this feedback via Samsung member application i.e. Samsung member BETA app> BETA feedback>Sendfeedback>Error report>Collect log files>attach.
